Rollouts are the evidence an AI deployment specialist CV runs on. Show each agent you took from approved design to live work: the systems you connected, the limits you set, who reviews what, how each agent was certified on the business's own cases, and how you widened its use step by step. Then add certificates an employer can check.
What is this template for?
Use it when applying for roles that take an agent from a signed-off design into a working team. The work sits between technology and people: connecting sources and systems, arranging review, getting agents certified and rolling out in stages. What an AI deployment specialist does sets out the role in full.
Deployment specialists come from implementation consulting, systems administration, project coordination and operations. Titles include implementation consultant, AI rollout lead, solutions specialist and onboarding engineer. Read the duties, not the title: "integration", "go-live", "review routing", "staged rollout" and "certification" mean deployment work. If an advert is mostly about designing new agents, the builder CV fits better.
How do you fill it in?
The project block is the centre of the CV. Write one for each rollout you can describe in detail, and keep each to five lines.
- Context: the team, the job, the size of the work in plain words.
- Connections: the systems the agent reads from and writes to, described by type.
- Limits and review: the depth each agent started at, who decides held work, and what stays with a person permanently.
- Certification: how each agent was proven on the business's own cases before it went live.
- Staging: how use was widened, and what you watched before each step.
Avoid three common mistakes. Do not list vendor products by brand. Do not claim percentages or savings you cannot prove. Do not describe a "big bang" launch as a success; employers in this field want to see staging.

A worked example
A sample, not a real person. Rana, an invented candidate, worked as an implementation consultant for a firm that installs finance software.
Profile: Deployment specialist who has taken two agents live in accounts payable and supplier onboarding. Connects systems, sets limits and review routes, and rolls out in stages. Certified Pryme Builder.
Rollout 1, accounts payable agent at a mid-sized manufacturer: - Context: invoice matching for a team of six clerks. - Connections: read from the general ledger, order system and sealed supplier master file; write access only to draft postings. - Limits and review: started at depth 2 for every invoice; two clerks certified to decide held items; supplier bank changes held permanently for the finance manager. - Certification: agent certified on 400 past invoices before go-live. - Staging: one supplier group for four weeks, then all domestic suppliers once the held-item reasons showed no new pattern.
Rollout 2, supplier onboarding agent: depth 1 summaries of new supplier files for the procurement team; widened to drafting onboarding letters at depth 2 after the first certificate renewal.
Experience: implementation consultant, a finance software installer; earlier, systems administrator at a regional distributor.
The sample works because each line names a decision Rana made and the evidence behind it. For the routes in, see how to become an AI deployment specialist and becoming an AI deployment specialist in the UAE. The guide to AI agent jobs and careers shows where deployment fits.
Where the Academy fits
Deployment work draws on two Pryme Intelligence Academy tracks. Operator teaches how review, held work and incidents run day to day, which is what you are setting up. Builder covers design and certification in Attest, ending in a capstone agent certified to depth 2 or higher, which can serve as a rollout entry if you have no live one yet. Those who later lead regulated, multi-agent rollouts can take the Architect track.
Questions people ask
What if my rollouts were not AI agents?
Describe them in the same five lines. Software rollouts teach connections, permissions, staging and user training, which carry over directly. Then add one agent project, live or practice, to show you can apply them to agents.
How technical should the CV be?
Technical enough to show you understand access, permissions and connections, but written so an operations manager can follow it. Deployment specialists are often hired by the business side, not only by technology teams.
Should I name the depth each agent reached?
Yes. Depth is how employers in governed systems talk about what an agent may do, and naming it shows you understand that authority is earned per agent.
