Certified Pryme Operator, from Pryme Intelligence Academy, requires a written exam (40 questions in 60 minutes, pass mark four in five) and a two-week practicum of review decisions, nineteen in twenty correct with no missed red line, signed off by an assessor. It is issued through VerifyDoc.ai, checkable by number or QR code and listed on a public register. It is a professional certificate, not a regulatory approval. Which Singapore rules shape oversight work?
The Personal Data Protection Act 2012, administered by the PDPC, governs personal data, including data used for testing. IMDA's Model AI Governance Framework sets out practical guidance on internal governance, the level of human involvement in AI-assisted decisions, operations management and stakeholder communication, and testing evidence supports each of those areas.
In financial services, MAS supervises. Its Technology Risk Management Guidelines set expectations on software testing, change management and third-party risk, and its FEAT principles cover fairness, ethics, accountability and transparency in AI and data analytics.
