What skills and proof do Danish employers look for?

Which Danish and EU rules shape oversight work?
Denmark is an EU member, so the EU AI Act applies. It entered into force on 1 August 2024 and its obligations phase in over several years. Article 10 sets data and data governance requirements for high-risk systems, Article 12 requires automatic logs, Article 14 human oversight, and Article 4 AI literacy among staff who work with AI. Annex III lists risk assessment and pricing for life and health insurance as high-risk, relevant to some pension and insurance work.
The GDPR governs the personal data in any case set a trainer builds, so data minimisation and lawful basis under Articles 5 and 6 apply. Denmark's financial supervisor oversees banks, insurers and pension companies, and DORA applies to financial firms from 17 January 2025.
