What does agent training work look like in the UK today?
UK banks, insurers, lenders and outsourced contact centres run large, closely measured operations. Their procedures, letter templates and knowledge bases change often, and quality teams already sample work against standards that put customer outcomes first.
Agent training grows out of that. When an agent drafts a complaint response that follows procedure but reads coldly to a bereaved customer, a reviewer corrects it once.
