Operations coordinators keep the daily rhythm going: queues cleared, service levels met, exceptions handed to the right person. With agents doing more of the routine work, someone still has to run that rhythm, watch the held decisions and spot when an agent starts drifting. This CV section shows you are that person, with a template and a filled logistics sample.
What does running agents day to day involve?
Think of a warehouse or freight operation where agents now book routine collections, update customers on tracking, match proof-of-delivery documents and raise exceptions. Each morning someone checks what was held overnight, clears or routes it, watches the service-level figures, and raises a flag when the same exception keeps appearing. Each week someone reviews usage and cost, and asks the agent's owner for changes.
That is an operations coordinator's job, applied to a mixed team of people and agents. The guide on how an operations coordinator should show AI agent skills on a CV explains how employers read this experience.
How should you fill in the section?
Describe a rhythm, not a list of tasks. Start with the daily routine you run, then the weekly one, then what you do when something breaks. Use your current tools generically ("a warehouse management system", "a ticketing system") and give rough volumes.
Add one bullet about a recurring problem you traced to its cause. In agent operations, recurring exceptions usually mean a source is wrong or a limit is badly set; showing you look for causes is the strongest signal you can give.

A filled sample
A sample for an invented coordinator, Yusuf, at an invented third-party logistics firm:
Daily operations rhythm and agent oversight
Operations coordinator in contract logistics, ready to run the daily rhythm for a team of people and agents.
- Cleared the overnight exception queue each morning before the 8.00 handover, routing damaged goods, short deliveries and address problems to the right depot team
- Tracked on-time dispatch and order accuracy for four client accounts, and called a review with the shift lead when either slipped two days running
- Reported weekly volumes, exceptions and overtime cost to the operations manager, with one recommended change each week
- Traced repeated "address not found" exceptions on one client's orders to a field mapping error in their order file; the client corrected it and the exceptions stopped
- Coordinated the response to a system outage, switching to paper picking lists and keeping clients informed hourly
Certificate: Certified Pryme Operator, issued [month, year], expires [month, year], verify: [link]
The fourth bullet is the strongest: a recurring exception traced to a data problem upstream. When agents are in the mix, the same skill finds the out-of-date source or misconfigured limit behind a run of held decisions. The outage bullet also matters, because agent operations need someone who stays calm and keeps customers informed when something goes wrong.
Which words from adverts should you mirror?
Advert titles vary widely: operations analyst, control room coordinator, AI operations associate, service delivery coordinator. Look instead for duties: exception handling, queue management, service levels, escalation, reporting, continuous improvement. Use those words in your opening line and bullets, where they are true.
If an advert mentions "running the rhythm" or "workspace" or "held decisions", it probably comes from a team already running governed agents. That is a good sign; your daily-routine bullet is exactly what they want to see first.
Questions people ask
Is this the same as a project coordinator's section?
No. A project coordinator works to a plan with an end date; an operations coordinator runs a continuing rhythm. See the guide on rewriting a project coordinator CV for AI operations jobs for that angle.
How does this compare with HR or logistics coordinator sections?
The CV section for a logistics coordinator focuses on shipments and spend; the CV section for an HR coordinator on personal data. Operations is the broadest of the three, and an operator course in governed agents fits it closely.
